• European Union (EU): We ship to all EU countries directly through the website.
• Rest of the World: Shipping outside the EU is available upon request. Please contact us at thebugfordog@gmail.com before purchasing to calculate individual shipping rates.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via CTT (Correios de Portugal). Once your package is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email.

• Standard Shipping: Usually takes 1–3 business days within Portugal (slightly longer for other EU countries).
• Express Delivery (Para Amanhã) / Lockers: Available for faster delivery or convenient pickup at CTT Lockers.

• Standard Shipping (Portugal): €6.00
• Standard Shipping (Other EU Countries): €9.00
• Express Next-Day Delivery (Portugal): €10.00
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.00

1. Payment Methods

• We accept secure online payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
• To start processing your order, a 100% upfront payment is required.

2. Production & Order Processing Times

• Ready-made items: Dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made items: Tailored and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
